I’ll be moving to Singapore soon and to be honest, I’m not very sure what I’ll be doing there. Probably get a new job or something. I’ve been going through resumes and writing up a new one and found a great resume template for jobs in Singapore. Apparently being multilingual is a plus so I might just do well there with 3 languages up my belt.
I’ll need to get some references soon although I doubt it’d be possible with the way that I left the company. To be honest, I never felt like I was doing anything important there and there isn’t much that I can say about it. I hope leaving your previous company out of your resume would not be a big deal in Singapore. Otherwise, I’d never be able to get a job with that. I don’t think they’d make an international call just to check my references so maybe I can get away with that.
So yeah, if you’re going to Singapore and getting a job there, try http://resumetemplatesingapore.blogspot.com (why does this sound like an advertisment)
On a side note, I’ve been working on a new project and if that takes off, I might not have to get a job after all.
